# Otomi (اتومی)

> Otomi is a cloud marketing-automation service for WooCommerce online stores, built first for Iran. It sends SMS, email, Telegram and Bale messages automatically when something happens in the store — an unfinished payment, a new or shipped order, a customer who has not bought for a while — with no code. ## What it does
- Ready-made automation library, each switched on with one tap; a 3-step wizard for custom automations.
- Abandoned / unfinished payment reminder with a payment link and optional discount code.
- Order confirmation, shipping notice with tracking code, delivery notice.
- Review and rating request a few days after delivery.
- Win-back for inactive customers with a unique discount code.
- Welcome message for new sign-ups.
- Internal alerts for the store owner (new order, low stock, high-value order) via Telegram, Bale or SMS; scheduled sales reports.
- Unique, single-use discount codes created automatically in WooCommerce.
- A/B testing of message versions.
- Revenue attributed to each automation, via tracked links and discount codes.

## Channels
- SMS through the store's own SMS panel (sms.ir, Melipayamak, Faraz, Kavenegar, Limo) with an optional backup panel, or through Otomi's managed SMS service.
- Email through the store's own SMTP server.
- Telegram and Bale bots for the store team.

## Safety
- Every message is sent once; an unknown delivery state is never retried on another panel.
- Quiet hours and per-customer frequency caps for promotional messages.
- Opt-outs (لغو۱۱) are honoured on every panel.
- SMS panel API keys are verified once, encrypted and never shown in full again.

## Setup
1. Install the Otomi Connector plugin on WordPress / WooCommerce.
2. Connect an SMS panel, email or messenger.
3. Switch an automation on. The first automation takes under five minutes.

## Platform and pricing
- Mobile-first web app (PWA) that installs on iPhone and Android from the browser.
- Free plan to start. Premium: 999,000 toman per month, or 8,890,000 toman per year (instead of 11,988,000). Prices include tax. Subscription is per store. SMS costs are paid to the store's own panel.
